Patrol Services

Our patrol services provide you with the flexibility to have a security officer visit your property at scheduled or random intervals within the time period that you specify. During our site visit, our patrol officer will ensure the security of your property by patrolling the entire property including checking main doors and windows for security and verifying all gates and fences are secured.

Additionally, our patrol officers will identify suspicious persons and vehicles and handle those situations based upon your specifications whether that be observe and report the person(s)/vehicle(s) to you, contact the person(s)/vehicle(s), and/or request a law enforcement response to address the person(s)/vehicle(s).

The benefit of a random patrol service is that criminals cannot pinpoint when there will be a security presence making them uneasy about committing a crime knowing that a security officer can catch them at any moment. Generally, our customers have us patrol their properties during the nighttime hours or when there is low traffic and a heightened chance of crime. (weekends, holidays, etc.).

Just like our on-site services, our patrol services are fully customizable to your specific needs.

You will receive the following things, automatically, by being a patrol service customer of Texas Patrol Group:

  • Electronic Reporting – You will have access to our electronic reporting system which will include a log of our security officer’s movements, actions, and any items that we require our security officer to document while providing services to you.
  • Dispatch – Texas Patrol Group has its own dispatchers that communicate directly with our security personnel throughout the Dallas Metroplex. If you (or one of your tenants/residents) require the assistance of a security officer, please contact our dispatch, and one will be deployed as soon as possible.
  • Maintenance Issues – If our security officer discovers a maintenance issue (burned-out parking lights, leaking faucets, etc.), it will be recorded in your electronic reporting system so that you can repair it as soon as possible.
